Born on March 19, 1983, in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, Gopal faced financial challenges after the untimely demise of his father. His mother, Rukmani Devi Ramesh Chand Baghel, took on the responsibility of supporting the family. Despite these obstacles, Gopal remained determined to excel in his education. He attended Ratanmuni Junior School and Raja Balwant Singh Junior High School in Agra, and and 10th CLASS MD JAIN INTER COLLEGE AGRA, AND 12th Ch. Biri Singh INTER COLLEGE, dayalbagh Agra. where he laid the foundation for his future endeavors.
Gopal's quest for higher education led him to enroll at Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University in Agra, where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from 2001 to 2004. During this time, Gopal faced various challenges but remained undeterred in his pursuit of knowledge. He gained practical experience by working in gift shops, and cosmetic stores, and engaging in door-to-door sales of cosmetic products.
In 2008, Gopal joined KS Oils Ltd in Morena , where he worked until 2011. He also established his academy, "The Ambience of Professional Accountants," in 2013 and became an authorized training partner for Indian Idol Academy. Gopal's passion for education led him to start Tally Education, where he taught over 500 students and provided job opportunities.
Gopal's entrepreneurial journey continued as he joined Monalisa Group as an Accounts Officer from 2011 to 2018. During this time, he founded Mirock India Retail Limited in 2016 and College Sports Premier League Limited in 2015. In October 2021, Gopal's dedication to sports and education culminated in the establishment of the Council of College Sports Premier League in India, an NGO approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
As the founder of the Council of College Sports Premier League in India (CSPL), Gopal Dash Baghel is widely recognized for his vision of creating a nationwide tournament akin to the ICC. the Olympic GamesAnd Other Sports Leagues.
