Restart, Reinvent, Repeat: How Nishith Dayal & Divesh Dayal Are Building One of the World’s Next Global AI-First Content Studios

From AI-generated teasers and digital humans to cinematic automotive workflows for car brands—Nishith and Divesh Dayal are redefining what it means to be media entrepreneurs in a post camera world.

Mumbai, India — In a world where flashy tech trends rise and fall by the quarter, Nishith and Divesh Dayal are doing something much rarer: evolving deliberately, deeply, and repeatedly.

After running two of the most agile media companies during the DSLR revolution, the brothers are back at the forefront. Today, they lead a lean, hybrid AI-first content studio that builds ad films, storyboards, digital humans, and pre-viz experiences for global clients—all without a single traditional office.

The AI Studio With No Boundaries

The studio currently operates under the name nishithdayal.pro. While this remains our working identity, we may soon evolve it into a larger brand name as our partnerships and platform presence grow.

Forget the conventional production house. The Dayal Brothers now operate from a hybrid ecosystem of remote talent, cloud GPUs, and co-working spaces. They don’t rely on legacy infrastructure. Instead, they’ve built scalable, prompt-driven, automation-backed creative pipelines.

Their studio delivers:

  • AI-generated storyboards and pitch decks
  • Previsualization projects for agencies and production firms
  • Digital humans and synthetic voices
  • Cinematic AI teasers and animated concept trailers
  • 3D product renders, LUTs, and camera-style simulations

“We’ve stepped beyond filmmaking. We’re shaping ideas at the speed of code,” says Nishith Dayal.

A VFX Head Start: From Python to Production

Nishith didn’t stumble into technology. He sprinted toward it.

Back in 2014, while launching his first production firm, he was also freelancing with top VFX studios, juggling deadlines, and immersing himself in every tool available. He built custom gizmos, color LUTs, and Python scripts teaching himself to automate rendering tasks and test shaders.

“It was all happening so fast,” he recalls. “One day I was animating text in After Effects, and the next I was deep-diving into scripting and lens simulations.”

But as digital cameras grew in quality and accessibility, Nishith’s passion shifted. The camera became his creative weapon of choice, and Creative Crow Productions was born—delivering cinematic brand films and campaign videos just as DSLRs disrupted traditional production.

Two Companies. Seven Figures. Pan-India.

With Creative Crow leading the creative push, Nishith soon teamed up with Divesh to scale operations with Slick Media. The two companies became known for:

  • Brand films, product launches, and digital campaigns
  • Pan-India BTS event coverage from Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, and Jaipur
  • 3D animation and motion graphics for product visuals
  • Campaign retainers with fast-scaling lifestyle, tech, luxury brands and hotels

Together, they achieved seven-figure turnovers, operated full-time teams, and ran end-to-end production and post across multiple cities.

But in their hearts, they knew something else was coming. And it would change the game again.

2020–2024: The AI Reset

When COVID hit in 2020, most of the industry froze. But Nishith & Divesh Dayal pivoted inward. From 2021 to 2024, they made a bold move: to step away from production and go deep into learning.

“We weren’t making money. We were investing time, energy, and money into knowledge,” says Divesh.

They enrolled in every course that added value:

  • AI, MITx, Google’s Cloud Upskill program
  • Courses in prompt engineering, generative art, LLMs, and diffusion models
  • Dozens of experiments and sandbox projects using early AI video and image models

They didn’t just learn. They asked questions, ran tests, and connected with engineers—including mentors from ByteDance, Google, and NVIDIA, who generously shared insights.

“Some of these guys PhDs, engineers helped us without a single question asked,” Nishith says. “They knew we were hungry. They knew we’d build something.”

And that’s exactly what happened.

2024–2025: Breakthroughs, Digital Humans, and Global Pitches

We will soon start producing full-length AI films for a range of emerging film platforms—either by creating our own IPs or by helping established directors bring their visions to life using AI-first workflows.

Today, the brothers are creating high-quality:

  • Storyboards and pitch bibles for agencies and streaming studios
  • AI-powered pre-viz scenes for filmmakers and ad directors
  • Teasers and animated trailers using tools like Veo, Runway, and Kling
  • Digital humans and character-based explainers
  • Visual templates and workflows that help brands visualize campaigns before the shoot

Their ComfyUI workflows now allow them to simulate everything from lighting setups to lens artifacts, giving clients near-final visuals before stepping onto a real set.

“We’re not just making content,” Divesh explains. “We’re helping people pre-imagine content, and that’s a different level of creative consulting.”

Hybrid Hustle, Global Reach

Despite their tech-forward approach, Nishith & Divesh Dayal are not interested in flash. Their studio operates from co-working spaces, home setups, and cloud servers—with no fixed overhead and a network of handpicked specialists.

“We had the fancy offices before. We chose not to go back,” says Nishith. “Now we spend on GPUs and partnerships not rent.”

Their current clients include:

  • Top advertising agencies and filmmakers in the U.S. , Korea and Europe
  • AI-first vfx studio / agencies needing scalable execution
  • A strong network of friends and collaborators in the U.K. Japan and U.S. helping fuel their global growth
  • Luxury brands and hotels
  • Marketing firms looking to blend storytelling with automation

They’re also collaborating with filmmakers and OTT writers, offering pre-viz and bibles that help bring scripts to life in visual form weeks ahead of casting or budgeting.

From Garments to GPU Renders

Interestingly, Nishith & Divesh Dayal come from a business-rooted family. Their father & Mother runs a successful small garment business in Mumbai. While they never intended to follow that path, they’ve always supported it.

“We were never inclined toward fabric,” says Divesh with a smile. “But we definitely inherited the mindset build, adapt, deliver. That same spirit now drives our AI journey.”

That same mindset powers their creative business today.

The Next Leap: Looking for the Right Partner

With systems in place and clients on board, Nishith dayal & Divesh Dayal are now seeking the right strategic partner.

“Not just funding, not just capital we’re looking for a co-creator,” says Nishith. “Someone who believes in building the future of media using tools that didn’t even exist five years ago.”

They’re open to:

  • Merging with a global media-tech or AI-first creative firm
  • Forming a joint venture to build at scale
  • Or growing independently with the right distribution, client, or investor partner

Final Word: Always Builders, Never Settlers

Whether scripting LUTs, building stereoscopic conversion gizmos in Nuke, filming with DSLRs in 2016, or generating entire pitch decks with AI in 2025, Nishith & Divesh Dayal have never sat still.

They aren’t chasing hype. They’re chasing what works next.

“We’re trained. We’re battle-tested. And we’re not afraid to start from scratch again,” says Divesh.

If the next generation of content creation belongs to those who adapt fastest and think beyond the brief, Nishith Dayal and Divesh Dayal are already ahead of the curve.

And as their journey shows, sometimes the future of storytelling isn’t written with a pen or shot on a camera.
Sometimes, it’s prompted.
