An inspiring story of Dr Jasbirr Grover, who empowers the youth Teens 2 Twenties to realize their dreams through Coachinggeenie

We all face challenges from time to time, but a winner is a person who overcomes those challenges. This is the story of a woman with a strong will. She lost her father at 3 years of age and is now fulfilling her life purpose. Dr Jasbirr Grover is the founder of Delhi-based Coachinggeenie, which she built through her resilience and self-belief to help the youth realize their dreams of studying overseas.

Coachinggeenie provides comprehensive overseas admission services that have enabled countless students to realize their dreams of studying and settling overseas. The company has helped students secure admission to excellent universities and colleges in foreign countries with 100% success and good IELTS scores.

Her other vital services are campus placement and life coaching. With her intense efforts and never-give-up attitude, Dr Jasbirr has made Coachinggeenie one of the best overseas education consultancy companies in Delhi.
But, the journey was never easy for Dr Jasbirr, who was constantly belittled and laughed at because she was labelled a rebellious child and arrogant professional because she always raised the voice of struggling students.

Today she is an award-winning mentor, life coach, author, and doodle artist. Dr Jasbirr is also an NLP registered practitioner and Law of Attraction Workshop Leader who has over 10 years of experience in personal and organizational behaviour.

Inception and journey of Coachinggeenie  

It all started when Dr Jasbirr, for the third time in 2017, decided to stand for her values after seeing the most significant ego issues in the higher education system. This was a fight against an old traditional approach, and she was asked not to intervene in academics at all. Dr Jasbirr, with the consent of her family and one of her most potent students, started her journey of establishing herself as a Coachinggeenie.

In 2019, when she decided to finally work for her, she had no idea that her husband, too, would lose his job. The family had enormous debts as they were recovering from the losses of a preschool business she had earlier started.
The most challenging junction was dealing with depression; seeing everything coming down, people's criticism about Dr Jasbirr's decision to give up her job for the sake of students and stand for values. She decides not to give up on the journey at this junction. She then painted her life with simple colours, pens, and doodles. It can be seen on the walls of her house and has many funny stories attached to it.

Life moved little, and the biggest challenge was keeping Dr Jasbirr's husband busy and search something for him to develop a complete solution. She decided to take the lead by adding overseas study with IELTS. New addition requires more hands but within resources. Dr Jasbirr involved her husband and a younger son who was in class 9 to build the blocks of her coachinggeenie entrepreneurship journey.

This whole journey has been full of ups and downs but full of excitement. Dr Jasbirr's husband comes from an accounts and finance background with no knowledge about higher education overseas system, admission, or visa process. Still, they have done it till it is one of their most memorable achievements. In January 2020, they successfully secured the admission of three students with excellent scholarships and success in visas.

Dr Jasbirr handles the entire counselling, career and goal assessment, teaches IELTS, and works with students to help them prepare a CV, LOR, SOP, visa and job interview preparation. She also helps her students to Build Self Believe through her Workshops.

Today, with tremendous pride, she says her husband handles the complete application, fee, funding, visa, travel work, and the grace of the One Almighty God, Coachinggeenie gets 100% visa success. In January 2020, Coachinggeenie could send three students and start building the blocks of its excellent work.

The year 2020 was the first year of Covid-19, and it was full of acute troubles and challenges. Dr Jasbirr's family decided to wait. She devoted her maximum time to prayer meditation, telling many untold stories of her life to her sons, taking sessions online for her students, and doing creative work. Dr Jasbirr recovered partially, and Coachinggeenie got more students to study in the UK and Canada and then there was no looking back one after one. All the visas for UK and Canada were granted.
This momentum kept her going. With the support of her both sons, Dr Jasbirr is happy to share that she did not look back and succeeded in her work without spending anything on marketing, as all clients reached her through solid references.

Best Selling author

In this journey, only Dr Jasbirr also published a paper on how Doodling helps in building mindfulness in humans, for which she got the Doctorate award. By getting this Doctorate degree, she fulfilled her father's wish to see his youngest daughter become a doctor, but unfortunately, he left her at a very age.

Struggling and Juggling with many things, she also penned down her first bestseller book, 'Know Your Unique Self', with her younger son, who was in class -9 and got affected by juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. In this book, she put all the questions one must think about themselves with her experience and activity of the human mind responding to doodles.
