Meeta Nagpal is an entrepreneur and an avid social worker. She is a woman with multiple feathers in her cap. Her 18 -year young venture - Musical Dreams has a garage to globe story. She identifies talented artistes and prepares and presents them for a live audience and the entertainment industry. Today, many of her artistes who began their journey under her umbrella have won national recognition (Rashmeet Kaur - Mirchi Music awards Bangla) and have been considered for international awards. (Shruti Dhasmana – considered for Grammy nomination, recipient of Elite NightLife award), Harjot Kaur to name a few.
She is the Founder and President of TAF - The Artiste Foundation. The Foundation focuses on assisting artistes in their growth as well as creating an impact on the society through performances and fund-raising activities.
She is also the secretary to Snehi, an organisation for psychological support and mental healthcare. She is an active Rotarian. Currently she is also holding voluntary roles in various international organisations. Meeta Nagpal is a published author and poet, a Kathak dancer, a Delhi University Topper and a mentor to many young artistes. She has written and co- directed the musical ‘Magic Man ‘with Janet Reed (Dance Professor from Buffalo US) which has been presented in Kamani auditorium. The musical is about eye pledge awareness. She has started various initiatives, like Friday Funkaar, Happy Concerts, Indian Band League, Aspire to Inspire to name a few.
