5.. Do you ever get tired of your job? If so, how do you stay driven and motivated towards it?

Not the work itself, but the lack of time for family is the one factor that I tend to regret at times.

But I think that’s true for most people in the medical profession.

There is absolutely no dearth of motivation in our field, and each new case presents a unique set of challenges, which are enough to keep me driven towards overcoming them to provide a good outcome for my patients. Saving a life, providing good quality treatment, and converting their sufferings into smiles. My main motivating factors are my parents. Both are always encouraging me to learn new advances and take up challenging cases and help the needy.

6..You have achieved so much in life. Is there any specific advice you’d like to share with our readers to help them grow in life?

It's just the start of my journey. I firmly believe in tireless, endless, continuous, and consistent hard work to achieve success. Whatever the circumstances, consistent hard work, discipline, being true to yourself and having an element of gratitude always pay off. Consistency is the key. If you consistently keep working towards something, you will succeed in it!

Sarve santu niramayaah, sarve bhavantu sukhinah!
