Speaking about the Expo, Mr. Ravi Mahajan, President CREDAI Nashik Metro said, "We are very happy with the huge participation at the Expo and the success of this Expo shows us the demand Nashik has amongst the consumers and its potential as a ideal real estate destination. In fact, we had to politely decline many participants who were interested in putting up stalls as we did not have any space. CREDAI Nashik has always promoted the city and its culture and it has been a voice of Nashik, beyond real estate.”
Adding to it, Mr. Krunal Patil, Convenor, Shelter Exhibition & Vice President CREDAI Nashik Metro said, “We cannot compare Nashik to Pune and Mumbai anymore. Nashik itself has created own market as it has its own unique identity which Mumbai and Pune fails to offer to audience. Nashik is transforming into an education and healthcare hub. The city is also growing in medical tourism and for this city infrastructure is important and CREDAI is playing its role, in the development of the city.”
This was the 10th edition of the Expo and the first on-ground version post the pandemic, with 100+ builders, developers, contractors, and other allied business owners, coming under one roof along with leading financing companies and banks. Apart from the projects, another key attraction at the Expo was the launch of JLL- CREDAI report on Nashik - The emerging education hub of India by the hands of the Chief Minister of Maharashtra. The JLL report talks about Nashik’s growth as an education hub and the potential it has to offer to students all over the globe.
SHELTER 2022 helped sell inventories and push Nashik as an ideal real estate destination for residential and commercial buyers alike, as real estate is 2nd most employed sector in Maharashtra with 200 to 250 businesses directly or indirectly dependent on the sector.
