CA Raja is a living testament to this inspiring quote. Born and raised in Chennai, he wasn't an exemplary student until grade 8. However, everything changed when he met his history teacher, Prema Rani, in grade 9. She gave him the motivation and encouragement he needed to excel in his studies. In grade 10, CA Raja was impressed by the teaching skills of his Mathematics teacher, Shri.R.Manimaran, which instilled in him a deep desire to teach.
CA Raja pursued his commerce graduation in Loyola College, Chennai and went on to pursue CA in the same city. He then worked as a Credit Analyst in State Bank of India's Mid-Corporate Group for four years. During this time, he gained significant exposure in Credit Analysis, Financial Analysis, and Project Finance. In a very short period, he had the opportunity to become a Team Leader of the Credit Processing Cell.
After four years, he started his CA Practice, which lasted for 7.5 years. However, his passion for teaching led him to start his own eLearning Academy called CA Raja Classes. Today, he teaches banking, finance, and credit to bank executives, finance executives, professionals, and students. He also teaches on Udemy, and more than 200,000 students worldwide have enrolled in his courses and are learning from his classes. His YouTube channel CA Raja Classes has over 125,000 subscribers, and teaching is his calling.
Despite being an average student in the past, CA Raja found inspiration in his teachers and went on to become a highly sought-after teacher himself. He pursued his passion for teaching and has touched the lives of many students and professionals worldwide.
