Sana’s journey of becoming a fitness professional started with her deep-lying interest in sports and nutrition and eagerness to help people by imparting the right training and guidance. She has successfully completed her Personal Trainer Level 3 Course from REPs and holds numerous certifications in health, fitness and nutrition.

She is highly trained and experienced in Zumba, Yoga, Pound, First Aid, CPR, AED and Sports Nutrition and has a vast work experience of more than ten years in the fitness industry. Sana has been living in Qatar for the past seven years and has had an amazing experience training people there. She provides services all over the world through the offline and online medium and specialises in training ladies of all age groups in fat loss and muscle strengthening.

Besides this, Sana also provides her clients with online fitness consultations, healthy guidance and modified meal plans that is a balanced diet curated according to individual requirements. Functional and Core training, Pre and Post Natal Fitness and Endurance Training are other areas in which she offers her expertise.

Being a mother of three, Sana strongly believes in the mantra that life is an adventure and one can achieve his/her goals no matter how big or small. She encourages people to be physically active make small changes in their daily life to achieve their fitness goals and inspires women to tread on the path of physical fitness.
