Q: Can you tell us a little about MinPay and what it does?
A: MinPay Consultants LLP is a financial wellness advisory based in Delhi. We specialize in debt settlement and protecting individuals from loan harassment. Our mission is to provide ethical, transparent, and legally compliant solutions to those struggling with loans or credit card dues. Backed by a strong panel of experts, we ensure that every loan settlement is fair and free from intimidation.

Q: What makes MinPay different from others?
A: Unlike traditional agencies, MinPay Consultants combines legal and financial expertise. This allows us to not only negotiate settlements but also protect clients from unlawful recovery practices. Q: What achievement are you most proud of?
A: One of our proudest moments was helping a client burdened with ₹50 lakhs of unsecured debt. We successfully guided them through a legally compliant debt settlement process, protecting them from loan harassment and giving them a dignified new beginning.

Q: Who are your clients, and how do you help them?
A: Our primary clients are individuals facing financial distress due to personal loans, business loans, or credit card dues. We protect them from harassment and design loan settlement plans that are fair and sustainable, giving them a fresh start.

Q: Have you introduced any new services recently?
A: Yes, we launched the Financial Wellness Plan. This plan goes beyond debt resolution by helping clients rebuild credit, improve literacy, and plan for financial security. It aligns with our vision of holistic recovery.

Q: What are your future plans for MinPay?
A: We are working on projects to make debt management simpler and financial literacy more accessible. By strengthening awareness around anti-harassment laws, we hope to empower individuals to stand up against loan harassment and regain control of their lives.

Q: What is your ultimate vision?
