Passionate and Dedicated are the two words to describe this Self-made Entrepreneur. Swadha Shubham Goel, Founder & owner of Fashionista Factory Events(FFE), has created multiple online & offline platforms since last nine years with a sole motive to empower local business owners and women, especially stay at home moms who prioritize their family responsibilities and quit jobs, to take care of their little ones to become financially independent. It is a small step taken towards the Aatma Nirbhar Bharat mission.

Swadha is also a Facebook Community Leader heading the fastest growing FB group - Pune Entrepreneurs Association. With her nine-year-old branded events, more than 17500 women entrepreneurs and start-ups all across India had gotten a platform to showcase their talent and products and break the so-called ‘glass ceiling’ that women and start-up owners often fear and to chase their dreams.

When asked, Swadha said, “I like to call my journey ‘genetic’ and credit my bloodline for all the expertise on entrepreneurship. My father is my inspiration. I have grown up seeing him building brands.”

Swadha has also taken the initiative of giving free consultation & training through her HEAL YOUR SOUL PROGRAMME to people who are suffering mentally, physically, emotionally, financially & spiritually by collaborating with various Doctors, Financial Consultants, Fitness Consultants & experts from different fields. The revenue generated from the events is used to support the NGO that she is associated with.

To help alleviate the hardships that the local business owners were facing during the pandemic, Swadha Shubham Goel took the first big step of organizing a virtual flea market by giving a platform to entrepreneurs to earn dignified earnings. The initiation of digital flea markets by her community Pune Entrepreneurs Association has allowed shoppers to browse goods from more than 1500 registered small local vendors and independent retailers, all under one roof sitting safely at home. In the initial two months of lockdown in 2020, she has successfully conducted more than 175 live exhibitions when going digital was a new challenge for these homemakers. She has also been acknowledged as a Ray of Hope for Entrepreneurs during Pandemic by the Times of India & Pune Pulse Publication.

Swadha says, “When I was asked to rethink about my journey as a working woman - working Mom, the very first thought that struck my mind was - Which WOMAN is not a working woman? The fact always remains that every woman is working. Only their spheres of work are different. Some go out in the corporate world to work, and majority work FULL TIME as an integral part of the family system -THE POWERFUL HOMEMAKER.
