Tremendous Efforts and Remarkable Work by the Sociwind Foundation in creating Awareness on Road Safety in Delhi
Sociwind Foundation is a non-profit organization built in May 2019, intending to tackle social concerns in the community. They provide need-based humanitarian assistance, as most of their work are associated with healthcare activities, educational programs, awareness campaigns and capacity building trainings. To live by, they have embraced the motto "Leave no one behind." The Sociwind Foundation, via humanitarian assistance, seeks to consistently improve the quality of life for all people while also tackling social challenges of education, women & children, health & sanitation, and vulnerable groups. Their important step towards increasing aid efficiency is reducing the burden and working towards solutions. SOCIWIND FOUNDATION, has its active presence in all districts under Delhi and Noida Region. It has taken up various developmental programmes for providing income generation activities, capacity-building trainings, Nutrition, skill development, handicraft development and activities to develop education, agriculture, women empowerment and health. It is a matter of credit for the organization that its activities through various among the weaker sections of the rural and urban areas and has made commendable progressive changes in their living conditions. This has been made possible by the community-led development programmes and networking of NGOs working in the related areas besides various other factors put in by the organization.
Sociwind foundation facilitating 2 days Road Safety Club program in the 31 Dr. B.R. Ambedkar School of Specialized Excellence. It initiated from 7 November 2022 and will continue till 9 February 2023. This programme aid in improving information of Youth for Safety Measures. It also focuses on the development in awareness in general public about Traffic Rules and Regulations. Students, their parents, teachers and support staff of every school is provided with the Printed Material for Awareness. It ensured propaganda and publicity to students, teachers and other staff members about Road Safety and Traffic Rules. It indicates improvement about the knowledge on Road safety principles, better involvement of the community to use more road safety principals so that there will be less casualties in case of trash. This program also ensures the availability of all the related materials like competitions- poster, slogan, debate, extempore, quiz session, multimedia – teaching and awareness through nukkad natak, qawwali program and drama illustration on road safety principles for training purposes enough publicity for target audiences.
