Before one wins a battle, it must be fought a million times. Whether you are able to endure the journey, is determined by your resilience. Amit Kumar Mishra, the founder of LCP Education, a successful transformative learning platform, has also fought many battles before he built his empire in the field of edTech. Amidst all the challenges, what kept him going was his resolve to address the widespread problem—while there are many good students in the world, good teachers are scarce. He has been running LCP Education after successive rebranding for two years now with the motto- “Student’s Education is Priority," which encourages the children to study without worrying about guidance.

Humble beginnings and a relentless pursuit
Mishra began his journey as a B.Pharm. student in the year 2019. Just like any other B Pharm student, his path was set for the next 4 years. However, as fate would have it, during his second year the COVID-19 pandemic broke out, disrupting all activities. It was during these tumultuous times that Amit realised that several students, including himself, were facing difficulty in continuing their education. He discussed it with two friends, who were willing to take action. Thus the idea of creating an innovative learning platform was born. Though the inception of LCP Education was far, its foundations had already been laid.
After working hard at a popular fintech platform for 6 months, Amit saved enough to launch his own website, "letscrackpharmacy.com.” with the support two friends. However, their lack of experience and skepticism among students led to the failure of this venture. Amit saw this setback as a step towards success and went head on to address the challenges. He consulted Dr. Toran Sahu, his mentor and the present Director of Education at LCE Education, who suggested rebranding, and several transformations took place. To implement this plan, Amit had to work at another firm for 6 months to meet the financial challenges. His efforts were supported by investment by a wise friend, Rohit Goswami, who is today the Director of Business Development at LCP Education.
Facing challenges head on
Amit launched an app this time, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out and his team faced consecutive setbacks. Social media campaigns were also futile. As a result, several people left his side, and only two of his friends and his mentor Dr. Toran Sahu remained. Not losing sight of his goals, despite several discouragements, he kept going. At last, hsi hardwood bore sweet fruits—he had spent countless days to research deeper into the problems of students and understand their demands.
LCP Education thus became a platform that resonated with the student’s needs and values. From being a results-driven business to transforming into a student-centric learning platform, LCP Education became a popular choice. On April 22, 2024, LCP Education was officially registered as a private limited company, marking a significant milestone in its journey. The organisation also achieved ISO certification, adding to its credibility and trustworthiness.
The present
Today, LCP Education is an all-rounder in the industry. From providing online courses to students to facilitate their learning to offering courses to working professionals for career growth, the platform has come a long way. What sets it apart are its compassionate roots, which are still focused on adding value in the lives of its students and helping them excel. By giving value in terms of notes and training materials rather than pushing students to buy more courses, the organisation has gained students’ loyalty.
LCP Education organises quizzes with generous cash prizes to encourage students to learn and grow. Prizes like backpacks and certificates are also given to boost the morale of hardworking students. In fact, one of the recent quiz competitions was organised in the Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh, with a registration fee of Rs. 50 and substantial cash prizes worth 47000 rupees given to the top 3.
Future endeavours
LCP Education has always been evolving since its inception. It provides education that is based on value. Through this platform, the students are well-equipped in their academic and professional lives.
