The book extensively delves into the intricacies of the human mind and presents freedom from the mind as the ultimate value in one’s life. 1. Which particular knowledge or experiences do you offer to the topic area, and what motivated you to write this book?

I developed a significant interest in Economics during the 2008 financial crisis. I did study Economics and political science for a few years before I got interested in philosophy and spirituality during a solitary period. I’ve attempted to distinguish spirituality from mysticism and esotericism in this book. Also, I’ve presented a unique disposition towards the philosophy of reason and the mind.

  1. When creating this book, did you have any difficulties or roadblocks? If so, how did you get beyond them?

I do not come from a literary background and have not read many books. I don't classify myself as a writer, but rather as a thinker, as writing is not my strong suit. I don't recall facing many challenges while writing this book, as I had the advantage of writing non-fiction, where characters, plot, and consistency were not my main concerns.
