Abhinav Nagrath is a travel enthusiast who always keeps his bag ready for any adventure and trip. Abhinav hails from a middle-class family. He was always passionate about travelling, exploring different places, and meeting new people. Like Abhinav, hundreds of people are passionate about travelling and discovering new things. Still, due to budget constraints, they refrain from contacting the travel agencies due to which their passion remains incomplete.

In 2017, he founded Roadlink Trips with the mission to reach travel enthusiasts and help them fulfill their dream of travelling. “Middle-class families never preferred contacting travel companies for their travelling needs due to various fears. I wanted to change this outlook,” said Abhinav. Abhinav started Roadlink Trips,a vacation specialist company that provides budget-friendly travelling experiences. Within six months of its establishment, Roadlink became one of the best travel companies in the Tricity. 

Roadlink is based out of Tricity but serves customers across the globe. During the COVID pandemic, travel industry was hit badly. In such times, Roadlink provided all the assistance to its customers that it could and was the only company that initiated a refund of the whole amount to its customers. “When most of the big travel companies stopped to take calls from customers, Roadlink trips continuously talked to its customers and satisfied their concerns despite taking the loses on itself,” said Abhinav, founder of Roadlink.

Abhinav understands his customers and connects to them not as a service provider but as a friend. Before founding Roadlink Trips, he was engaged with a Non-Governmental Organisation, Sankalp as a founder member. The NGO worked for the betterment and welfare of society by providing necessary assistance to the needy. 

When the pandemic revolved and hit the globe, the most affected sector was the travel and tourism sector. From halted flights to severe restrictions, the tourism industry saw everything. During these times, Roadlink suffered too. But Abhinav’s willpower and dedication didn’t stop him, and he started a new venture after the lockdown. He started Uphaar Gift Gallery and an Event Management Company— Event Roasters India in Chandigarh.

Gifts are an essential part of life; they make moments memorable. Uphaar Gift Gallery was the venture that started providing wonderful gifts of premium quality, and just in two years, it built a huge base of satisfied customers and has now four branches in various places of Chandigarh and Punjab. As a part of the expansion phase, they aim to make Uphaar Gift Gallery one of the prominent wholesale market places of North India where the retailers do not have to go to Delhi or other regions for their needs. 

Apart from these ventures, Abhinav runs an event management company, Event Roaster India.
