As we entered the 3rd calendar year of the pandemic, 2022 looked very promising, especially for the Education Sector. The 2 years of the pandemic has taught us many things, and at the same time, it has paved the way towards newer possibilities and innovative dimensions.
With National Educational Policy (NEP) making constant structural and functional changes and upgradations on the educational front, it wouldn’t be wrong to say that the future of education looks as propitious as never before.
With a clear vision & a resolute goal to reform the education system for students and teachers, LIT SKILLS Learning, founded by Dr. Kartik Narayanan is making a lot of headlines and immense efforts to provide a gateway of global opportunities to students and teachers through this amazing platform. The organisation has not only stood up to fulfil the needs of the Teachers, with the help of technology, but also catered to the needs of the children.
Initiated in 2019, LIT SKILLS Learning is an organisation that strives to transform classroom teachings by empowering teachers and captivating students through a very unique approach. Dr. Karthik Narayanan, Founder & CEO, is a multi-hyphenated personality with several accolades to his name including a gold medal in Ph.D. from Waterloo University. Raised with a humble upbringing and mentored by 2 legendary personalities, Late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, 11th President of India and Dr. Veerendra Heggade, President SDM Educational Society, Dr. Karthik is a person who strongly reflects fierce perseverance and never quitting attitude. And this is what has brought LIT SKILLS to the pinnacle of Learning & Education.
According to the latest trend, when plethora of EdTech Companies are shutting down and laying off people, LIT SKILLS Learning on the other hand, is gradually expanding, and opening new door of opportunities for students & teachers, especially in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. They have come up with a new module – the 2 week Teacher Training Program – which is well coordinated with National Educational Policy 2020. All the programs by LIT SKILLS Learning are in sync with the National Educational Policy, which is sure to be a game changer for the country.
Since August 2022, LIT SKILLS is associated with the Government of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu for implementing various pilot projects in English and Science for class 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th standard students. For the teachers, the organization has come up with multiple Teacher Training Programs for sharpening various skills like capacity building, motivational skills and how to teach language as a language.
With the Vision & Mission of LIT SKILLS falling in place, the organisation is tying-up with many reputed colleges & universities across North India. They are already in talks with Galgotias University, Uttar Pradesh and PES University, Bangalore for launching a unique program for engineering graduates, where the students will be trained on different aspects of facing interviews.

“We have associated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and various other colleges across Karnataka to come up with a variety of programs for Engineering & B.Tech students, so that they are job ready and future ready,” adds Dr. Kartik.
LIT SKILLS Learning is in talks with Government of Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh, as well for the implementation of their master project “Project English”. By the end of the year 2022, the organisation aims at adding 1000+ schools to their existing clientele, getting a step closer to fulfilling their goal of providing effective, affordable, easy-to-use educational platform and tools to meet the needs of today’s diverse student population and enhancing their 21st century skills.
