Manmohan Joshi, popularly known as MJ Sir in the legal world, has been awarded the PhD degree from the No. 1 University of Madhya Pradesh, which is the only NAAC A+ ranking university.

Mr joshi has conducted this research work in the last four years by visiting women of different categories. The subject of the research was related to the “effective implementation of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005”. This research work was completed under the guidance of Dr. Jaiprakash Vyas.


It should be noted that in 2022, American Peace University had honored Mr. Joshi with an honorary doctorate degree for his tremendous work in the field of legal awareness.

MJ Sir, author of various law books, is very popular among students he keeps conducting legal awareness and legal literacy programs through his various social media and also by visiting various schools and colleges.

he told our correspondent that there is a lack of research in the field of law and the reason for this is research work demands a lot of labor and time. The government should pay attention to this area and encourage more and more scholars to do research in the field of law.

During his research work, he found that although many laws have been made for women, there is a lack of awareness among women regarding the laws. Due to lack of awareness, laws are not being implemented properly and misuse of laws is also increasing.

Supreme Court Advocate Karan Malhotra said that people like MJ Sir are a valuable asset for the legal world. The legal awareness programs run by the Government of India will be certainly get benefit from this research research work.
