She always says that “Spirituality is a process under which we aim to find the true human self-made by God itself, when you think about this term then what comes to your mind, that’s spirituality for you. If you think about your relationship with God then that’s the meaning of spirituality for you or you think it’s a journey of a person towards his self or might be it the way to become a part of the higher self again. It is such a path that does not have limits and does not have set rules and regulations. I can give a fancy meaning but the whole concept is beyond words.”

She further describes that spirituality has many phases and each phase has its challenges sometimes it’s filled with anger, depression, and questions that we cannot ask anyone other than our creator who created everything. If you feel emptiness and can't see the meaning of your life or feel that everything around you doesn’t connect in any way, why you are here and who you are? If such questions bother you, that means now it’s time to start the process. Remember it is required and takes time to first inline your mind and imagination, then controls your consciousness to tighten the grip on your unconscious mind, for this journey.
