Sanjay Dua’s journey began from a small town in Ranchi. He started a career in the HR department of a company in Kolkata. For a decade, he worked in the HR departments of some of the leading names like TCS and PwC India whose experience made him realise the strength of passion and perseverance in every profession. As a veteran in the field, he had become skilled in identifying talent and potential of every candidate he came across. He soon realised that skills could be developed and enhanced with experiential learning, which eventually became his brand at Dua’s Knowledge Potli.
Sanjay Dua always believed that when learning is made meaningful, people ultimately begin contributing towards the betterment of the society. They also ensure to create a positive work culture where holistic growth of each employee and the business growth goes hand in hand. Thus, he laid the foundation of Dua’s Knowledge potli in the May of 2020. Today, with over 17 years of experience, he has inspired thousands of professionals who are adept at integrating growth, development and compassion into their professional lives.
