Sensation Brain Solutions is the brain child of Saurang who started his journey as a customer service representative at a BPO company in 2009. After working at the same company for about a year, he got to know that he was not satisfied with that job and hence, he quit and took a break just to know thyself. He deepdived into himself and found that he is very much interested in the field of education. In fact, he had taught many students including his classmates and junior students at his school. Before he founded his company in the year 2015, he started working as an English teacher. During those days, he spent plenty of time with students and parents coming from different backgrounds. He noticed many problems his students were facing. He also could feel the pain of parents who were worried about their children’s future, especially those who were not educated enough. Then he decided to change students’ lives and started his coaching career in 2013. He conducted many seminars and workshops for students and parents. Under the banner of his company, he did counselling of many students and working professionals.
The shift from the job of a BPO agent to working as a career coach and edupreneur with different type of clients took a lot of faith and perseverance. He has been managing a pool of clients which includes students, housewives, working employees, professionals and business owners. Making a positive difference in people’s lives makes him happy and satisfied.
