Lala Lajpat Rai management institute Mumbai faculty DR KINJAL SHAH won an internationally acclaimed Global Eminence Award 2022 by Bestow Edutrex International, an Industry and education joint initiative. Dr Kinjal Shah was born in an industrialist family in Mumbai and did her schooling in Mumbai. Mumbai University awarded Dr Kinjal Shah a Doctorate in Management (Ph D).
She is a vivid author and known researcher in management and authored 20 textbooks in management for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Dr Shah has also published many research papers in international Scopus indexed and UGC care journals.
She is an accomplished industry thought leader and subject expert on international business, finance, Managerial economics, Business environment and Research Methodologies.
She chose academics even after marrying into a family with an established pharmaceutical business network.
She is a protagonist in girls' education and helps many marginalised girls students in achieving their goals. She has also been awarded twice for her contribution to research and academics. Our Correspondent Ms Nikita spoke with Dr Kinjal Shah.
She says outcome-based research is a need of the hour in the present volatile business environment. She also stated that she could win this award due to the dynamic environment provided to students and faculty in LLIM Mumbai.
