Describe about yourself. 

A teacher by profession and a writer by passion, who is born and brought up at Bansberia, West Bengal. After completing M.A in Sociology, I always thought what can I do to bring a change in the society for the sake of the people living around me. The first thing I thought is to "be the change", before making a change. So I started writing to make a change, and before that I started implementing those changes in my life. By God's grace, received various appreciations and awards in this short span of my writing  journey and hope to tread on this path and walk miles on it

When did you consider yourself a success? 

Honestly, I am still a learner, my readers will define my success. I will just give my best, as I believe strongly," Pen is mightier than the sword".

What advice would you give to someone starting out? 

Work, work, work; everybody is lucky, some is one day, some in ten, some in hundred days. Secondly, believe others are more knowledgeable than you. Thirdly, don't underestimate any platform.

How do you deal with failures?

I don't deal with it, I learn from it. I make a deal with my failures not to repeat the same mistake.

How do you push through your worst times?

Tough times are a part of our life. I accept it, dive into it, get out of it. Surely, its not that easy, but I believe that when you dive into it, you will find a surface, either under water, or above

What keeps you awake at night?

Honestly now my son, he is just 10 months, wakes up twice, and I keep on waking up in this thought, that whether he is sleeping or have waken up

What personality trait should every leader have?

Every leader should have their own uniqueness. Thats it.
